We have an opening for a full-time Business to Business (B2B) Sales Representative in our SCOTTSDALE AZ location; 1800 N Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale AZ 85257.

The major responsibilities for this position include:

Develop and strengthen relationships with existing business customers

Conduct informational interviews with current customers and follow up

Evaluate competition to ensure store’s B2B program is competitive

Review and manage customer accounts

Provide training to team members on product knowledge, sales skills and customer service

Maintain relevant product assortment and depth

Generate new business opportunities by marketing to and meeting with potential new business customers

Manage tasks and accountabilities as defined in action plan

Skills / Requirements

The minimum requirements for this position include the following:

Education/Training: High School degree, some college preferred. Posses a vast product knowledge of consumable products along with a willingness to learn.

Experience: Sales and marketing experience with retail programs, establishing relationships and new accounts, and other promotional activities.

Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

Skills/Knowledge: Excellent quantitative and computer skills. Analytical and pricing knowledge with the ability to conduct comparison analysis and make sound decisions.

Knowledge of retail computer systems, MS Word and Excel a plus.

Job responsibilities may change based on the needs of the business.

*Experience in retail hardware PREFERRED

*Experience with inventory management PREFERRED

*Retail Hardware core department knowledge (Paint, Tools, Plumbing, Electrical, Hardware) PREFERRED

*Ability to communicate with a positive and productive attitude with management team, associates and customers

*Trustworthy and Dependable with a Self Starter attitude

*Ability to climb ladders, bend, stand and/or sit for extended periods of time

*Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-50 pounds

*Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation

*Must maintain a clean driving record (In applicable positions)
