We have an opening for a Full-Time Screen Associate in our Tempe Store located at 1153 W. Broadway Rd., Tempe AZ.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
*Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service.
*Create and repair window and door screens accurately; including measuring.
*Prompt and accurate processing of orders and/or services relating to screens, including computing cost, accepting payment and the distribution of material, tools, equipment and products in a safe and accurate manner.
*Safe delivery of products to customers, job sites, and other store locations.
*Experience with various type of saw equipment used in a repair or manufacturing facility (table saw, miter saw, etc.).
*Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing and loss prevention.

Skills / Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle product and equipment; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to ten pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than one hundred pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
*Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
*Ability to write routine reports, perform and process inventory counts, correspondence, etc.
*Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
*Clean driving record and valid drivers license
*Able to be forklift certified
*Positive customer service attitude
*Good attendance ethic
*Self-starter that is trustworthy and dependable
*Able to work flexible hours
